The Housing Consumer Education Center of BCRHA, in conjunction with the Attorney General’s Office, offer answers to a wide range of questions about all types of housing problems, as well as provide information and assistance through Loss Mitigation/Foreclosure Prevention Counseling Services. These services are provided to develop and implement forbearance agreements, loan modification, reinstatement and payment plans, among other services.
